Shanghai Sunhome (Group) Co., Ltd. is a company dedicated in manufacturing all kinds of aerosol products. Our company was established in 1989, located in Pudong New District, Shanghai and covers an area of 49,124 square meters, with construction area of 20,000 square meters. The total investment of our Group Company is more than RMB 250 million. Our company has successively imported totally 9 fully automatic production lines, such as valve lines, aluminum can lines, tinplate can lines and filling lines. Our annual aerosol production capacity is over 200 million pieces. We are the leading manufacturer in domestic aerosol field. Our products are widely exported to Europe, America, Japan, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Our products include aerosol aluminum cans, aerosol tinplate cans, aerosol valves and aerosol filling. We can provide one-stop services for customers.
Our company has always utilized world advanced technology since our foundation, and the quality of all our products conforms to FEA standard and Chinese standard. We received the award of Shanghai Advanced Technology Enterprise in Dec. 1995, and were certified with ISO9001:2000. Our company has three fully automatic aerosol aluminum can production lines, which are the best production lines in China with an annual capacity of 60 million pieces. The lines can provide various kinds of aluminum cans with diameters from 22mm to 75mm and height from 50mm to 230mm.
Our company has two fully automatic aerosol tinplate can production lines, with an annual capacity of over 60 million pieces. Our cans are applied to pesticides, air freshener, home health care and industry, car care, construction, fire safety, medical and public health care, and other aerosol product packaging.
Our company has two fully automatic valve production lines which were imported from LINDA (Germany), with an annual capacity of 120 million pieces. At present, we can provide various standard products, such as 1-inch aerosol valves, 1-inch metering valves, Dia. 20mm metering valves, 360 degree valves and big dosage valves. The quality conforms to the U.S. DOT standard. Our company also can provide various accessories.
We have a plant which is one of the earliest and biggest filling plants in China. At present, we have two fully automatic filling lines. One line was imported from COSTA, Italy. The annual capacity is over 20 million cans. Our company is able to provide all-round, one-station, efficient and safe service in terms of product prescription, raw material purchasing, package design, production and after-sale service to enterprises dealing with household products, sanitary insecticides, personal care products, auto and industrial products. We aim to greatly reduce customers' investment, R&D, purchase, production and management costs.
